4/21/2016 – Your installers were in the TIAA offices in Coralville to change around some cubicle walls/desks, install a new conference room table and glass dry erase boards, and move some additional desk furniture that had to be torn down and rebuilt in new spaces. Having served in facilities in a major University, having been a part of a number of moves in other positions, and having worked with a number of office installation teams, your team was by far the best I’ve worked with. Dell and Joaquin were punctual, efficient, clean, quiet in their work but positive in demeanor, and displayed that they worked well together as a team. I wanted to thank the gentleman that set up my cubicle space and moved my stuff for me!
I was going into a meeting when he arrived to move my desk and I was expecting to have to move all my extra stuff after the meeting. When I got out, I found that he had not only moved my desk, but he moved everything else and placed it exactly as it was in the previous space!
That was above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it!
I have a tip for your guys. Can you come by on Monday? And they have been incredible. Top notch.
The guys were professional, courteous, and efficient. I’m sure you know they completed the project ahead of schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any project.

Just wanted to tell you that your two guys came this morning and did a super job! They were efficient, quiet, and very helpful. They showed me how to make adjustments, put extra parts in our storage room, and removed all the empty boxes. They deserve a pat on the back and I just thought I would pass that on to you.
I cannot say how pleased I am with Office Installation Services after watching the first week of progress with getting the furniture and supplies into the building. Everyone has been well groomed, polite, and well organized. Even when I know things do not go as planned, I have not heard one grumble from anyone. I am actually looking forward to next week with the OIS staff as more furniture comes in. For the first week of progress – THANK YOU and keep up the great work.

The men from Office Installation Services, Inc. just finished up with the last few pieces of assembling our workstations. I just wanted to give you a heads-up that they were an extremely professional group of men and did an outstanding job. They worked hard at all times, were extremely courteous and respectful of our operation as we worked through the various phases. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
