We in the tax unit just wanted to pass along some praise for the group of people that worked on our move last weekend. They did a terrific job. It was the best move we have had.
Just wanted to tell you that your two guys came this morning and did a super job! They were efficient, quiet, and very helpful. They showed me how to make adjustments, put extra parts in our storage room, and removed all the empty boxes. They deserve a pat on the back and I just thought I would pass that on to you.
I just wanted to pass along to you how AWESOME 3 of your facilities workers are. As you know, several of us have moved spots over here in the A Wing. This morning, Nate, Mick, and Steve were all over here helping us. They were VERY patient with us and VERY helpful as we all kept asking them for more things. Just when they thought they were done, one of us would think of something else we needed. 🙂 But they worked quickly and efficiently with smiles on their faces.
Just thought I’d let you know we appreciate all they did for us.

I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. Thanks for another great install guys! I stopped out to see the install at Waukee Library and the ladies went on about how well of a job both teams did (the removal team and install of new team). I cannot say how pleased I am with Office Installation Services after watching the first week of progress with getting the furniture and supplies into the building. Everyone has been well groomed, polite, and well organized. Even when I know things do not go as planned, I have not heard one grumble from anyone. I am actually looking forward to next week with the OIS staff as more furniture comes in. For the first week of progress – THANK YOU and keep up the great work.
