I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. I wanted to thank the gentleman that set up my cubicle space and moved my stuff for me!
I was going into a meeting when he arrived to move my desk and I was expecting to have to move all my extra stuff after the meeting. When I got out, I found that he had not only moved my desk, but he moved everything else and placed it exactly as it was in the previous space!
That was above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it!

They did a phenomenal job in a short period of time that involved having to deal with 7 inches of snow and creative fixes to get the job done. OIS has done two relocations for us and one reconfigure and has performed with excellence each time.
