I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. The men from Office Installation Services, Inc. just finished up with the last few pieces of assembling our workstations. I just wanted to give you a heads-up that they were an extremely professional group of men and did an outstanding job. They worked hard at all times, were extremely courteous and respectful of our operation as we worked through the various phases. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Scott and his crew are to be congratulated for a job very well done.

We in the tax unit just wanted to pass along some praise for the group of people that worked on our move last weekend. They did a terrific job. It was the best move we have had.
Just a quick note to say that your crew did a good job. When I was there they were all working on whatever project had been assigned.
Also I know the system specified is not the easiest product to install but there was no complaining about it. They just did the work. They passed on the damaged info as soon as it was noticed and I am also impressed they worked Saturday.

What a good job O.I.S. Did. They were very easy to work with, they worked around our schedule, and what work we did allow them to do during ‘normal’ working hours, they were not disruptive in ANY way. During and after the move, they were very tidy. There were a couple of changes that we requested on the fly, and they were very accommodating and made the changes very quickly. It looks great and everyone is pleased…I certainly appreciate all the work that you have done, and the Office Installation guys were really great.
AEA Beyond Install
This wasn’t a huge install, but it was a difficult room to put modular walls into. Please pass along to Ben that Paula and I are so impressed with the speed and execution of this for AEA. Can’t thank him enough for helping this one go smoothly for us…

I just wanted to pass along to you how AWESOME 3 of your facilities workers are. As you know, several of us have moved spots over here in the A Wing. This morning, Nate, Mick, and Steve were all over here helping us. They were VERY patient with us and VERY helpful as we all kept asking them for more things. Just when they thought they were done, one of us would think of something else we needed. 🙂 But they worked quickly and efficiently with smiles on their faces.
Just thought I’d let you know we appreciate all they did for us.
