I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. 4/21/2016 – Your installers were in the TIAA offices in Coralville to change around some cubicle walls/desks, install a new conference room table and glass dry erase boards, and move some additional desk furniture that had to be torn down and rebuilt in new spaces. Having served in facilities in a major University, having been a part of a number of moves in other positions, and having worked with a number of office installation teams, your team was by far the best I’ve worked with. Dell and Joaquin were punctual, efficient, clean, quiet in their work but positive in demeanor, and displayed that they worked well together as a team.
