I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. Just wanted to tell you that your two guys came this morning and did a super job! They were efficient, quiet, and very helpful. They showed me how to make adjustments, put extra parts in our storage room, and removed all the empty boxes. They deserve a pat on the back and I just thought I would pass that on to you.
