I cannot say how pleased I am with Office Installation Services after watching the first week of progress with getting the furniture and supplies into the building. Everyone has been well groomed, polite, and well organized. Even when I know things do not go as planned, I have not heard one grumble from anyone. I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did.
