They did a phenomenal job in a short period of time that involved having to deal with 7 inches of snow and creative fixes to get the job done. OIS has done two relocations for us and one reconfigure and has performed with excellence each time.
I just wanted to personally tell you how much I appreciated their work.
They were professional, worked hard and were fun to deal with. Hopefully we will continue to expand as a company and I look forward to your company helping us with that in the future.
Just a short note to say thank you for the great work three of your employees performed at our business. A pat on the back!! Their work ethic and pleasant personalities made for a smooth transition as we expanded our office space. AEA Beyond Install

Thanks for another great install guys! I stopped out to see the install at Waukee Library and the ladies went on about how well of a job both teams did (the removal team and install of new team). I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. Just wanted to tell you that your two guys came this morning and did a super job! They were efficient, quiet, and very helpful. They showed me how to make adjustments, put extra parts in our storage room, and removed all the empty boxes. They deserve a pat on the back and I just thought I would pass that on to you.
I cannot say how pleased I am with Office Installation Services after watching the first week of progress with getting the furniture and supplies into the building. Everyone has been well groomed, polite, and well organized. Even when I know things do not go as planned, I have not heard one grumble from anyone. I am actually looking forward to next week with the OIS staff as more furniture comes in. For the first week of progress – THANK YOU and keep up the great work.
The men from Office Installation Services, Inc. just finished up with the last few pieces of assembling our workstations. I just wanted to give you a heads-up that they were an extremely professional group of men and did an outstanding job. They worked hard at all times, were extremely courteous and respectful of our operation as we worked through the various phases. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Scott and his crew are to be congratulated for a job very well done.
Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together. If my memory serves me correctly, that is a quote used frequently on a TV program called the A Team. Congratulations to all involved with the iVesta project. Your dedication, hard work, attention to detail, and persistence allowed us to accomplish another very successful large build out and relocation project. You are all to be commend for a job well done.
