AEA Beyond Install

The cubicles were torn down quickly with little to no disruption, and reassembled the same and it looks great! Being a business owner, I want to commend your guys on exceeding our expectations as the whole process could not have gone better. Thank you so much for the quick response and for taking care of this for us. We appreciate it!

4/21/2016 – Your installers were in the TIAA offices in Coralville to change around some cubicle walls/desks, install a new conference room table and glass dry erase boards, and move some additional desk furniture that had to be torn down and rebuilt in new spaces. Having served in facilities in a major University, having been a part of a number of moves in other positions, and having worked with a number of office installation teams, your team was by far the best I’ve worked with. Dell and Joaquin were punctual, efficient, clean, quiet in their work but positive in demeanor, and displayed that they worked well together as a team. They completed A LOT of work (almost like a complicated puzzle piece after another) in such a short time frame – it was amazing. All the while cleaning as they went, communicating to all of us in the office about the next steps, listening, asking questions, giving us notice of when we needed to be present for a decision-making moment, etc. When the correct parts weren’t shipped with the conference table – they went out and found the parts and completed the task and no one was more the wiser (instead of the typical – ‘we have to call management’). They even (and I hope this doesn’t get them into trouble) assisted us with moving two pieces of furniture to our storage area – which was a tremendous help/time-saver for us! Simply put – everyone in the office was impressed (not just me) and I don’t want that to go unnoticed by your company. Please give them kudos or recognition for being such a positive example of OIS and give them our sincere thanks.

Good  morning,

I wanted to thank the gentleman that set up my cubicle space and moved my stuff for me!

I was going into a meeting when he arrived to move my desk and I was expecting to have to move all my extra stuff after the meeting.  When I got out, I found that he had not only moved my desk, but he moved everything else and placed it exactly as it was in the previous space!

That was above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it!
