I want to express our appreciation to all of you for your hard work this week in tackling our “rebuilding” job. We especially appreciate the quick work, organization, and “can-do” attitude you all expressed.

I’ve been working with installation crews all over the country and rarely do I find them to be as knowledgeable and accommodating as they were.

The men from Office Installation Services, Inc. just finished up with the last few pieces of assembling our workstations. I just wanted to give you a heads-up that they were an extremely professional group of men and did an outstanding job. They worked hard at all times, were extremely courteous and respectful of our operation as we worked through the various phases. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Scott and his crew are to be congratulated for a job very well done.
Just a quick note to say that your crew did a good job. When I was there they were all working on whatever project had been assigned.
Also I know the system specified is not the easiest product to install but there was no complaining about it. They just did the work. They passed on the damaged info as soon as it was noticed and I am also impressed they worked Saturday.
5/2/2016 – It was a pleasure working with your team! Everyone was very professional and efficient and the end result is great! The cubicles were torn down quickly with little to no disruption, and reassembled the same and it looks great! Being a business owner, I want to commend your guys on exceeding our expectations as the whole process could not have gone better. They did a phenomenal job in a short period of time that involved having to deal with 7 inches of snow and creative fixes to get the job done. OIS has done two relocations for us and one reconfigure and has performed with excellence each time.
I just wanted to personally tell you how much I appreciated their work.

I wanted to thank the gentleman that set up my cubicle space and moved my stuff for me!
I was going into a meeting when he arrived to move my desk and I was expecting to have to move all my extra stuff after the meeting. When I got out, I found that he had not only moved my desk, but he moved everything else and placed it exactly as it was in the previous space!
That was above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it!
Thanks for another great install guys! I stopped out to see the install at Waukee Library and the ladies went on about how well of a job both teams did (the removal team and install of new team). They weren’t sure what their names were, but I told them I would pass along the good feedback. Thanks again!
