I just wanted to pass along to you how AWESOME 3 of your facilities workers are. As you know, several of us have moved spots over here in the A Wing. This morning, Nate, Mick, and Steve were all over here helping us. They were VERY patient with us and VERY helpful as we all kept asking them for more things. Just when they thought they were done, one of us would think of something else we needed. 🙂 But they worked quickly and efficiently with smiles on their faces.
Just thought I’d let you know we appreciate all they did for us.

I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did.
