I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. 4/21/2016 – Your installers were in the TIAA offices in Coralville to change around some cubicle walls/desks, install a new conference room table and glass dry erase boards, and move some additional desk furniture that had to be torn down and rebuilt in new spaces. Having served in facilities in a major University, having been a part of a number of moves in other positions, and having worked with a number of office installation teams, your team was by far the best I’ve worked with. What a good job O.I.S. Did. They were very easy to work with, they worked around our schedule, and what work we did allow them to do during ‘normal’ working hours, they were not disruptive in ANY way. During and after the move, they were very tidy. There were a couple of changes that we requested on the fly, and they were very accommodating and made the changes very quickly. It looks great and everyone is pleased…I certainly appreciate all the work that you have done, and the Office Installation guys were really great.
I know you know ? – we appreciate you guys BUT see below in case we do not say it enough. It is great to have OIS as a trusted partner on my jobs.

I cannot say how pleased I am with Office Installation Services after watching the first week of progress with getting the furniture and supplies into the building. Everyone has been well groomed, polite, and well organized. Even when I know things do not go as planned, I have not heard one grumble from anyone. I am actually looking forward to next week with the OIS staff as more furniture comes in. For the first week of progress – THANK YOU and keep up the great work.
Just a quick note to say that your crew did a good job. When I was there they were all working on whatever project had been assigned.
Also I know the system specified is not the easiest product to install but there was no complaining about it. They just did the work. They passed on the damaged info as soon as it was noticed and I am also impressed they worked Saturday.
The crew you had working on our office moves was outstanding. All of the crew was very courteous, accommodating and helpful. Please pass on our appreciation of the excellent work your team performed, thanks.

I’ve been working with installation crews all over the country and rarely do I find them to be as knowledgeable and accommodating as they were.
