We in the tax unit just wanted to pass along some praise for the group of people that worked on our move last weekend. They did a terrific job. It was the best move we have had.
I just wanted to pass along to you how AWESOME 3 of your facilities workers are. As you know, several of us have moved spots over here in the A Wing. This morning, Nate, Mick, and Steve were all over here helping us. They were VERY patient with us and VERY helpful as we all kept asking them for more things. Just when they thought they were done, one of us would think of something else we needed. 🙂 But they worked quickly and efficiently with smiles on their faces.
Just thought I’d let you know we appreciate all they did for us.

4/21/2016 – Your installers were in the TIAA offices in Coralville to change around some cubicle walls/desks, install a new conference room table and glass dry erase boards, and move some additional desk furniture that had to be torn down and rebuilt in new spaces. Having served in facilities in a major University, having been a part of a number of moves in other positions, and having worked with a number of office installation teams, your team was by far the best I’ve worked with. Dell and Joaquin were punctual, efficient, clean, quiet in their work but positive in demeanor, and displayed that they worked well together as a team. What a good job O.I.S. Did. They were very easy to work with, they worked around our schedule, and what work we did allow them to do during ‘normal’ working hours, they were not disruptive in ANY way. During and after the move, they were very tidy. There were a couple of changes that we requested on the fly, and they were very accommodating and made the changes very quickly. It looks great and everyone is pleased…I certainly appreciate all the work that you have done, and the Office Installation guys were really great.

Just wanted to tell you that your two guys came this morning and did a super job! They were efficient, quiet, and very helpful. They showed me how to make adjustments, put extra parts in our storage room, and removed all the empty boxes. They deserve a pat on the back and I just thought I would pass that on to you.

Congratulations to all involved with the iVesta project. Your dedication, hard work, attention to detail, and persistence allowed us to accomplish another very successful large build out and relocation project. You are all to be commend for a job well done.
