I wanted to thank the gentleman that set up my cubicle space and moved my stuff for me!
I was going into a meeting when he arrived to move my desk and I was expecting to have to move all my extra stuff after the meeting. When I got out, I found that he had not only moved my desk, but he moved everything else and placed it exactly as it was in the previous space!
That was above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it!
I cannot say how pleased I am with Office Installation Services after watching the first week of progress with getting the furniture and supplies into the building. Everyone has been well groomed, polite, and well organized. Even when I know things do not go as planned, I have not heard one grumble from anyone. I am actually looking forward to next week with the OIS staff as more furniture comes in. For the first week of progress – THANK YOU and keep up the great work.
I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together. If my memory serves me correctly, that is a quote used frequently on a TV program called the A Team. Congratulations to all involved with the iVesta project. Your dedication, hard work, attention to detail, and persistence allowed us to accomplish another very successful large build out and relocation project. You are all to be commend for a job well done.
I will say the job these last guys did was the best ever – I can’t believe how great everything looks and was to do. You guys are top of the line as always. Have a great weekend.

They have been anticipating my needs and working directly with the department contacts to get things done. That level of service is greatly appreciated. They have jumped in and helped meet the deadlines with no complaints.
What a good job O.I.S. Did. They were very easy to work with, they worked around our schedule, and what work we did allow them to do during ‘normal’ working hours, they were not disruptive in ANY way. During and after the move, they were very tidy. There were a couple of changes that we requested on the fly, and they were very accommodating and made the changes very quickly. It looks great and everyone is pleased…I certainly appreciate all the work that you have done, and the Office Installation guys were really great.

They did a phenomenal job in a short period of time that involved having to deal with 7 inches of snow and creative fixes to get the job done. OIS has done two relocations for us and one reconfigure and has performed with excellence each time.
I just wanted to personally tell you how much I appreciated their work.
