The cubicles were torn down quickly with little to no disruption, and reassembled the same and it looks great! I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. 4/21/2016 – Your installers were in the TIAA offices in Coralville to change around some cubicle walls/desks, install a new conference room table and glass dry erase boards, and move some additional desk furniture that had to be torn down and rebuilt in new spaces. Having served in facilities in a major University, having been a part of a number of moves in other positions, and having worked with a number of office installation teams, your team was by far the best I’ve worked with. Dell and Joaquin were punctual, efficient, clean, quiet in their work but positive in demeanor, and displayed that they worked well together as a team. They did a phenomenal job in a short period of time that involved having to deal with 7 inches of snow and creative fixes to get the job done. OIS has done two relocations for us and one reconfigure and has performed with excellence each time.
I just wanted to personally tell you how much I appreciated their work.
They were professional, worked hard and were fun to deal with. Hopefully we will continue to expand as a company and I look forward to your company helping us with that in the future.
Just a quick note to say that your crew did a good job. When I was there they were all working on whatever project had been assigned.
Also I know the system specified is not the easiest product to install but there was no complaining about it. They just did the work. They passed on the damaged info as soon as it was noticed and I am also impressed they worked Saturday.
