The cubicles were torn down quickly with little to no disruption, and reassembled the same and it looks great! I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. They have been anticipating my needs and working directly with the department contacts to get things done. That level of service is greatly appreciated. They have jumped in and helped meet the deadlines with no complaints.
Just a quick note to say that your crew did a good job. When I was there they were all working on whatever project had been assigned.
Also I know the system specified is not the easiest product to install but there was no complaining about it. They just did the work. They passed on the damaged info as soon as it was noticed and I am also impressed they worked Saturday.
The men from Office Installation Services, Inc. just finished up with the last few pieces of assembling our workstations. I just wanted to give you a heads-up that they were an extremely professional group of men and did an outstanding job. They worked hard at all times, were extremely courteous and respectful of our operation as we worked through the various phases. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Scott and his crew are to be congratulated for a job very well done.

What a good job O.I.S. Did. They were very easy to work with, they worked around our schedule, and what work we did allow them to do during ‘normal’ working hours, they were not disruptive in ANY way. During and after the move, they were very tidy. There were a couple of changes that we requested on the fly, and they were very accommodating and made the changes very quickly. It looks great and everyone is pleased…I certainly appreciate all the work that you have done, and the Office Installation guys were really great.
