I didn’t want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job sites, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike and I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. What a good job O.I.S. Did. They were very easy to work with, they worked around our schedule, and what work we did allow them to do during ‘normal’ working hours, they were not disruptive in ANY way. During and after the move, they were very tidy. There were a couple of changes that we requested on the fly, and they were very accommodating and made the changes very quickly. It looks great and everyone is pleased…I certainly appreciate all the work that you have done, and the Office Installation guys were really great.
